ARC offers you a series of courses on fundraising that are of major interest for those who work in this field, but also for those who want to become fundraisers.

The courses have a practical component based on ARC trainers' experience of more than 10 years in working with organizations and practitioners in the field, and learning is based on examples, case studies and interactivity among the participants and the trainers.

Courses offered

Introduction to fundraising methods

Provides you with a general perspective of fundraising methods, but it is also an opportunity to acquire knowledge as a fundraiser at the beginning of one’s career. The course approaches the relationship with companies as well as fundraising methods from the community both from individual donors and companies.

The participation fee is 350 RON - coffee breaks and course materials are included. The course spans for 3 days and is addressed to beginners and intermediate level participants.

Useful Internet tools in fundraising

This is a course that presents specific solutions on how to use the Internet for resource mobilization, from creating a website to using social networks, online donations and social involvement platforms.

We will familiarize you with predominantly free tools - or with very low costs - accessible to nonprofit organizations from Romania, and show you how to develop an online strategy for resource mobilization.

The course is particularly addressed to those involved in organizational communication and fundraising. No technical knowledge is required.

Presentations and images in fundraising

How often have you been in the position of having to present your organization to sponsors, potential financers or donors? It may seem ordinary to talk about your activity and the organization you work for. The question here is how can a presentation be convincing and represent the basis for an eventual face-to-face solicitation?

The course we propose helps you recognize and use the elements of a successful presentation through which you find out what are the main software tools used for presentations and how to employ them efficiently, how to assimilate the main communication abilities in order to make a noteworthy presentation, how to learn to find and create images that will improve the impact of your organization’s communication.

On-demand courses - that approach subjects of interest for practitioners - can be organized on-demand if there is a group of maximum 10 people interested.
